Some health advices:
Regularly gargle and in times when you feel you have a sore throat coming - Gargle with Salt warm water
at least 3 to 4 times a day and DEFINETLY BEFORE BED.
Regularly FLOSS your teeth.
Do Eye exercise ( rotating your eyes, looking to left or right without moving your head) after watching
TV or computer screen for long.
Do Pranayam (breathe through your nose) regularly. See the above YOGA website for correct breathing.
Drink 4 to 5 glasses of water a day
Move your neck to right and left and up and down slowly every now and then to avoid spondylitis.
Sit erect whenver possible and do Yoga excercise for your back to avoid lower back pain
