Some medicines for standard ailments
Fever
Paracetemol
Pain
a) Diclofenac b) Brufen c) orphenadrine citrate (muscle Pain). d)Mefanic Acid(Ponstan- Spasm pains). Along with this Paracetamol, if not already included.Take Zinetac when taking Brufen or other pain killers to ensure your stomach is not upset

When taking antibiotics, please ensure that you take each and every dose at the prescribed time. If you miss out any dose, you may have to start all over again. Check it out with a doctor. Along with antibiotics, take some B-complex and Lacto bacillus (good bacteria)

Did you know that cement is being used in vertebroplasty to treat spinal fractures. The cement is not the ACC type, but bone cembet (polymethy methacrylate) which is injected into the collapsed vertebra, it solidifies within 10-15 mins.

Glue therapy is used to treat hemoptysis- splitting of blood from the respiratory tract and seen ususally in tuberculosis, lung cancer and pneumonitis. Glue is N-butyl cyanoacrylate.
Some health advices:
 
Regularly gargle and in times when you feel you have a sore throat coming - Gargle with Salt warm water at least 3 to 4 times a day and DEFINETLY BEFORE BED.
 
Regularly FLOSS your teeth.
 
Do Eye exercise ( rotating your eyes, looking to left or right without moving your head) after watching TV or computer screen for long.

Drink 4 to 5 glasses of water a day
 
Move your neck to right and left and up and down slowly every now and then to avoid spondylitis.
 
Sit erect whenver possible and do Yoga excercise for your back to avoid lower back pain
